JOSH SANDERS
2002 - 2004
I started studying real estate at the age of 17 and began my real estate career as a home loan consultant at age 20 in 2002, helping home buyers obtain financing to purchase homes and homeowners to refinance their current mortgages.
I enjoyed being on the financial side of real estate, but I had the urge to get out from behind the desk. With my background in real estate finance and years spent studying the industry from a young age, I had already developed a strong foundation in residential real estate by the time I earned my Real Estate license in 2004.
2004 - 2009
With my hands-on knowledge and experience of how real estate financing worked, I was able to help my clients buy and sell real estate with a higher level of expertise and competency than most other Realtors in the marketplace.
For my home buying clients, I was able to help them structure their home purchases in the most advantageous way, from a personal finance and investment standpoint. I was able to help my home selling clients identify financially strong buyers who were truly capable of following through on the transaction. This knowledge and experience saved my home selling clients from wasting weeks and months with home buyers who ultimately couldn’t financially perform.
Having worked with 600+ home buyers and sellers during those 5 years, I knew precisely what buyers wanted to see when they stepped inside a house. I understood what caused them to make an offer and what made them walk back out the door in the first 60 seconds.
Being able to tell my home selling clients the exact steps we needed to take in order to sell their home in the shortest amount of time and for the highest price was a direct result of having spent time working with so many different home buyers.
2009 - Present
After gaining the required experience and education, along with my Real Estate Broker license, I decided to open my real estate brokerage in 2009, Shiloh Street Real Estate.
One of the driving factors behind that decision was seeing too many Realtors who weren’t truly 100% on their client’s side.
Instead, I saw many who were focused on and trained in high-pressure sales tactics to manipulate people into buying and selling their homes and who were more focused on generating commissions than serving their clients’ best interests.
I’ve always believed in giving my clients real advice they can trust — not high-pressure sales tactics designed to push people into decisions they’re not comfortable making.

BRIDGET CALLAHAN
As a proud Northwest native with 10 years of experience in the housing industry, my diversity of roles in that time has uniquely equipped me to serve my clients in a multitude of ways. Having behind the scenes involvement with the home building and design process, I have the ability to both anticipate homeowners’ various needs and positively advocate for their desires; all while grounding my process with a practical boots-on-the-ground knowledge that ensures a smooth transaction from start to close; ultimately leaving more money in your hands and peace in your mind.
My great-grandfather settled in Seattle in the early 1900s, building his family’s home with his own two hands. Now, over a century later, I am invested in that same dream- a vision of growth that is solid and meaningful for the people and communities of this place I’m fortunate enough to call home.
Regardless of where you are in your own home ownership path, whether buying or selling, I will bring to the table my integrity, hard work and humility because I understand the hopes and dreams that go into making homeownership a reality; as well as the bittersweet nature of leaving behind a household of memories as you move on to your next great adventure. I consider it my great privilege to serve you on that journey!
Outside of my professional world, my husband, two kiddos, and our sweet pup Pippa are the reason I wake up grateful every morning. You’ll often find me cheering at a softball game or a tennis match, fulfilling my duties as an embarrassing and proud mom!

KAMI SHAW

As a 20-year veteran of the industry, Kami is committed to ensuring her clients have the best possible experience in the housing market, whether they are buying a first home or selling a longtime property. Born and raised in Seattle and a graduate of the University of Washington, Kami has deep roots in the Seattle metro area, where she and her husband have raised three sons. Her thorough knowledge of the real estate markets in Seattle, Edmonds, Bellevue, Shoreline, Kirkland, and Redmond, including the schools, architecture, and amenities of these communities, makes her an invaluable resource for her clients.
Kami’s 18 years of experience as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser means she brings these skills to the negotiating table on her clients’ behalf. She can establish an accurate value of a property, facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers, and make sure no money is left on the table. Kami’s extensive knowledge of housing trends in the Seattle region helps her clients successfully navigate a challenging real estate market.

Growing up in a close-knit family, I quickly learned that a home is more than just a place to live - it's a source of pride and a reflection of who we are, and I bring that same sense of pride and dedication to my work with every client.
I believe that buying or selling a home can be an emotional and sometimes overwhelming experience. That's why I make it my mission to provide compassionate, individualized service to every person I work with. Honesty, integrity, and responsiveness are at the core of everything I do, and I'm committed to exceeding my clients' expectations every step of the way.
Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, I spent over a decade in the supply chain industry, developing a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to loyalty. I believe these skills serve me well when helping clients buy or sell, enable me to build strong relationships with my clients, and deliver exceptional results.
