For some odd reason, Josh started studying real estate at 17 years old while growing up in the Northeast.  Shortly thereafter, he began his career in the mortgage business as a Loan Officer when he moved to Seattle, WA.

After a few years, Josh had the urge to get out from behind the desk and exercise his real estate knowledge.  So in 2004, he transitioned into a licensed Real Estate Broker and began helping home buyers and sellers with a ‘NO Sales Pressure’ twist.

600+ Clients in 2 Years….

From ’07 – ’09 Josh helped over 600+ clients as an employee of another real estate company.  The growing problem he saw was a demand for trustworthy Real Estate Brokers that were 100% on the client’s side, giving them REAL advice instead of high-pressure sales pitches.

So in November 2009, with a ‘NO Sales Pressure’ commitment for customers, Shiloh Street was born!

And as more trustworthy Real Estate Brokers join the Shiloh Street team, more homebuyers and sellers are seeing the benefits of working with a Shiloh Street Broker vs. a typical ‘high-pressure’ real estate agent.
