Josh Sanders, Founder of Shiloh Street

For some odd reason, Josh Sanders started studying real estate at 17 years old while growing up in the Northeast.  At the age of 20, he began his career in the real estate business as a mortgage broker when he moved 3,000 miles away to Seattle, WA.

After a few years, Josh had the urge to get out from behind the desk and exercise his real estate knowledge.  So in 2004, he transitioned into being a licensed real estate broker and began helping home buyers with a ‘NO Sales Pressure’ twist.

Helping 600+ Home Buyers & Sellers

Before starting Shiloh Street Real Estate, Josh helped over 600+ home buyers & sellers as an employee of another real estate company.  The growing problem he saw was a demand for trustworthy real estate brokers that were 100% on the client’s side; giving them REAL advice instead of high-pressure sales pitches.

So in 2009 with a ‘NO Sales Pressure’ promise, Shiloh Street was born!
